Certainly now and has been for while weight hasn’t been TTer Focus but aero
hence silly hats and what not! The hill climbs absolutely go for it weight
or lack of it though with some spectacular if perhaps not particularly
functional machines!

Perhaps bikes at the time were heavy enough to make a difference?
