Actually that milestone is in the rear view. The exercise thing gets me 
snarky messages from fitbit.

take some time to slow down and recover. Target 1-35 cardio load today."

Oops, my cardio load today was 216. More snark to follow tomorrow. Part of 
my learning new things is trying to figure out how they calculate 'cardio 
load'. Me and a few thousand people, that is. According to the algorithm 
you're either over training or emulating a three toed sloth. Maybe Google 
turned their AI lose on the problem.
