This is correct. Specifically, it's stuff that was released the previous 
week but not included in the previous week's listings because it wasn't 
announced in advance.

As a practical matter, it's mostly from Netflix, with occasional 
contributions from Tubi and others that I happen to come across. The 
Netflix "previously-released" list is the only one that I specifically 
search.
