I'm 51 and still have my twitch.  It requires nothing more unusual than 
practice.  I was showing off in Street Fighter V to my black friend 
Louis Shields then he said "okay then, win it with Dhalsim," and I took 
out Dhalsim and proceeded to tear that whole town down.
