This is plausible, because imho the British 'bomb' at Bletchley Park used only three wheels in a group, while the Navi enigmas used four. Therefore the bomb could rotate until the end of all days and could not decode the Enigma messages, even if you knew the code. The only person, who could possible cheat and deliver the codes to the British agencies was Dönitz himself. TH
