Has Trump ordered Kristi Noem to order Todd Lyons to scrub ICE.GOV's
SEVIS for F-1 students with entries in Kash Patel's FBI.GOV NCIC or
otherwise don't spark joy for legacy American proles and do Big .EDU's
creditors worry about Big .EDU presidents and deans being unable to
repay their loans?
