My default in Vim is to ignore case. ':se noic' (set no ignorecase) is easy enough if I'm looking for a specific camel case item. ':se ic' puts it back to insensitive. Having it triggered by a capital letter might be nice but I've got a feeling sooner or later there would be an edge case.
