Youngstown clearly has lost a lot of people and services ie such as the
trains (passengers) as its industry shut down, looks though to be in better
shape than the for example the Welsh Valley towns which have had similar
issues, though it’s a fair bit larger which helps.

But Frank doesn’t report problems unlike you? As ever don’t believe
everything on the internet, US media for example has reported “No Go Zones”
in London or similar, which is baffling to Londoners! Which is almost
certainly due to the Orange one having a thing about the London Mayor!
