Yes China didn’t blink! So negotiations in Genova have largely reduced it
back massively though still high and only for a 90 day period.

I’m sure Trump will spin it as win but this is US backing down as well
China didn’t blink, and has been politically strengthened by this, both
internationally and nationally.
