So negotiations in Genova have largely reduced it back massively though still high and only for a 90 day period. I’m sure Trump will spin it as win but this is US backing down as well China didn’t blink, and has been politically strengthened by this, both internationally and nationally. > In that with the US support being unreliable countries have looked elsewhere and nationally any problems can be blamed on Trump.
