 This new release of the 'knuth-hint' package

 * uses and documents CWEB 4.12
 * documents 'cwebmac.tex 4.12', 'cwebacromac.tex 3.0', and
   'pwebmac.tex 5.0'
 * adds footnotes for 'C/TWILL' and 'MP/OST' in 'index.pdf'
 * amends all 'changed' C/WEB programs with an 'Editor's Note' and
   a list of the changed sections on the ToC page
