Which they will for motorists on motorways and so on, and occasionally not moving left ie lane hogging. Police and councils have form for overreaching particularly if their egos are hurt! It never goes well for them once it hits the courts or more likely the CPS who will make a decision as to is the case likely to succeed and/or in the public interest. Roger Merriman
