Acorn did not try hard to sell RISC iX to industry, even in the UK. I
remember knowing that it existed, and I /might/ have seen it running at a
computer show. Acorn was, by 1990, seen as a specialist educational
supplier. They may have sold some into universities, but I've never
encountered anyone who'd used them.
