Ah oui, en fait c'est ce qu'il y a.
Sur le moment je n'avais pas fait attention, ce sont les inserts qui se 
sont arrachés.
Sur la photo, on voit bien le métal (gris) différent avec la vis 
(noire) à tête allen.
Merci d'avoir fait découvrir ça qui ouvre d'autres hypothèses et 
solutions.
