  yep.  but historically it was always encouraged by the
right wing because they were often doing the exploitation.

  so now it was picked up as political foot ball and used
to get a bunch of uneducated morons to vote out of fear and
ignorance.  all it told me was that millions of people are
gullible fools (which i already knew).
