You didn't answer my question. Imagine a lane on the road that is
marked in such a way that it is mandatory to use this lane, when riding
a bicycle. Germany, France and many other European countries have more
than on way of doing that.

This sign
<https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Datei:Zeichen_237_-_Sonderweg_Radfahrer,_StVO_1992.svg>,
obliges cyclists to use the right-hand lane of a road marked in this
way, and it implies a ban on using the the other parts of the road by
bike. Sidepaths marked in a similary way are handled in the same way,
you must use these, as a cyclist, instead of using the road.

How would you call a bicycle lane so marked? I call these mandatory,
they are bicycle lanes mandatory for bicyclists.

For illustration, this is a quite recent streetview photo of such a
bicycle lane in my home town, part of my former commute.
