Yeah, me neither.  It sounds more like a mass shooter spraying the
crowd than a well-targeted assassination attempt.  At 150 meters, that
round should have still been *easily* traveling at twice the speed of
sound... i.e.: he wouldn't have "heard a loud whizzing sound"; it
would have broken is eardrum and knocked hin down.  The Donald's ear
was probably cut by a fragment of something.  (It's a misnomer to call
such a fragment "Shrapnel", by the way.)
