They did a good job as of the second service pack for Vista that was
the backport of 7 to it, but that meant some people were stuck with a
beta OS for multiple years.  I never had Vista, and was glad.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent.  States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
