Nope.  Just behind a commercial firewall.

I have heard many people complain, for example, of the intrusive
YouTube ads.  But, although I sometimes partake of many YouTube vids,
I have not once experienced a single ad.

Why not?  Because I know how to do it.  (Of course, FOSS helps.)
