Mmmmmmm My apples are well on the way now to cropping. In about 3 weeks, we'll have some ready to pluck. Grin, my neighbor Jack has been helping eggshell them this year. They are smaller generally than commercial ones but we are fine with that. We tend to 'bake' in a crockpot with butter, cinnimon and brown sugar in the core.
