It's not homophobic, no.  It's incorrect, the screenshot snippet
communicates what text cannot.

Amendment XIV
Section 1.

protection of the laws.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent.  States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
