True. Given that often the only actual evidence of the criminal acts
would be the testimony  by the Tracker.

Yes, that's right. I had forgotten about seeing Wendy Crewson in one
of the episodes. So she must be alive but Tracker never sees her
because he never revisits with anyone.

It's the only way I could explain what was happening in that scene.
You have to wonder what the writer was thinking. Or are we in another
situation where we have multiple writers working on the same episode
AND not bothering to read over the other's work.
