Tactical shooters aren't really meant to provide relaxation or comfort. When done right, they tend to appeal to gamers that enjoy a particular sort of immersive tension, tactics, competitive teamwork and realism. Unfortunately this isn't really a teamwork game (at least not in its current form), but they certainly got the immersive tension and realism right.
