Isn't that just the law. Politics aside any business has the right to
refuse to serve someone for any non-protected reason. That said it's
also okay for anyone, including Goldberg, to complain if a business
refuses them service.

It worked. It's got you and me and many others talking about which
will help drive viewer ship. Which is the end goal for anyone in
Goldberg's position.
