Dans la mesure où le système Linux s'est effectivement enregistré auprès
du serveur DHCP et que ce dernier a mis à jour le serveur DNS.

C'est effectivement possible à faire (de mémoire c'est l'option -I de
dhclient, cf RFC-470[12]).

Difficile à dire si ça marche avec une box classique et avec un Android
en mode tethering, ce qui était la demande.
