Non et non.

"It's me that wants it" se dit couramment, mais n'est pas grammatical. 
"It's I who want it" est correct, mais ne passe pas dans certains bas 
milieux.

Et le temps progressif est maladroit ici. "It is I who want to give [it] 
to you."
