How can it be so difficult to get a full-frame or cropped to 4x6 frame, 
shrinked to fit, borderless (at least one dimension), on 4 x 6 photo paper !

Windows Photos, ACDsee, Irfanview, etc all seem to stuff some aspect up 
(cropping small amounts, not 'fitting to paper size, etc) when all 
settings are otherwise 'correct'.
