Le 3 décembre 2021 à 10:31, j'ai tenu les propos suivants :

Expérience faite à l'instant avec High Sierra : j'ai déplacé le fichier
/System/Library/QuickLook/Mail.qlgenerator et je relance ma session →
plus d'aperçu du contenu d'un fichier .emlx

Je remets le fichier à son emplacement d'origine et je relance ma
session → j'ai maintenant l'aperçu du contenu d'un fichier .emlx.

Si je vire tous les fichiers .qlgenerator en ne conservant que
/Mail.qlgenerator et que je relance ma session → j'ai toujours l'aperçu
du contenu d'un fichier .emlx

En plus du nettoyage du dossier ci-dessus j'ai renommé les dossiers
/Library/Quicklook et ~/Library/Quicklook de façon qu'il n'y ait que
/System/Library/QuickLook/Mail.qlgenerator d'opérationnel, après relance
de ma session → j'ai toujours l'aperçu du contenu d'un fichier .emlx.

Ce fichier Mail.qlgenerator semble donc être seul en cause de l'aperçu
du contenu d'un fichier .emlx
