Pour remettre le Dock à son état d'origine, tu peux virer les deux
fichiers indiqués ci-dessus puis lancer très vite la commande
killall Dock
(le mieux est d'avoir préparé cette commande avant de virer les 2
fichiers pour l'exécuter rapidement).

Même chose si tu veux récupérer d'anciens fichiers .plist : il faut
exécuter la commande
killall Dock
très vite après la restauration.
