C'est l'indication du shell et c'est normal (bash version 3.2)
le # s'appelle le prompt et est l'introduction à la commande

Tu es sous 10.15.7
Le shell par défaut n'est plus bash mais zsh

~ perso$ signifie que ton répertoire de travail est /Users/perso et $
est le prompt.
