l'erreur semble venir de "SMTPUTF8 is required", même si je vois pas 
d'utf8 dans les adresses

en tout cas:

c'est à dire

# postconf smtputf8_enable=no
# postfix reload

semble avoir résolu le problème

ce qui ne me dit pas pourquoi cette erreur est apparu tout à coup.
