Oui, tout à fait, puisque les annulations et les notices NoCeM arrivent 
(usuellement) après la propagation des articles originels aux feeds 
sortants.

pour INN 2.6 et antérieur :
   innflags: "-C"

à partir d'INN 2.7 :
