Ca marche toujours, service, sur ma oldstable en tout cas (mise à jour
en 2023 ou 2024).  Le jour où Debian passe à autre chose que systemctl,
il est possible que service marche toujours.

Sauf si service est réellement déprécié dans un avenir proche?
