Moi ce qui me choque, c'est la taille de la commission :
"Prix honoraires inclus : 49 500 € -

Honoraires à la charge de l'acquéreur : 12,50% TTC -

Prix hors honoraires : 44 000 €"

Le pauvre vendeur reçoit seulement 44 000 euros alors que l'acquéreur 
paie 49 500 euros, sur un si petit prix, ça ne vous choque pas cette 
commission énorme en proportion ?
