3 V c'est la tension max inverse de la LED... t'as pas interet à 
atteindre cette valeur !

tu dois normalement même pas plus de zéro volt en inverse.

la tension normale (forward) est 1.5 V quand elle s'allume.

sans oscilloscope tu ne le verras pas, ou alors tu fabriques le montage
peak detector.
