The > cold leftovers are almost better than the meat was hot. too often i'm finding them not properly cooked. pull a thigh off and it's barely cooked at all sometimes. i end up putting a lot of it in the microwave to get it hot enough. but at least i don't get sick from them as often as i do from parts that are not a whole chicken. songbird
