comment augmenter la taille d'un disque virtuel dans VirtualBox ?

dans l'utilitaire "disques" je vois bien la nouvelle taille, mais pas 
dans "fichiers", et donc elle n'est pas rendue disponible pour qu'on 
puisse s'en servir.
