Hey, I was born in mid-50's .... but Aussie T.V. must have been showing 
George Reeves Superman through the 60's!! (We didn't get T.V. until 1959.)

Late 60's-Early 70's, I was a Newspaper delivery Boy (complete with 
Bike) and often, whilst waiting for the Newspaper delivery truck to rock 
up at the Newsagents, we'd all sit around reading whatever comics we 
wanted ... you know, proof reading them!! ;-P
