I get it that you don't understand that this thread is NOT about the generic iOS 17 release, but that it's specifically about iOS 17.4. You don't have the cognitive skills to comprehend that this thread isn't about iOS 17 in general - but that it's about iOS 17.4 in particular. What I quoted was specifically what Apple said about the iOS 17.4 release. "iOS 17.4: This update introduces new emoji..."
