Biden didn't pick the day Easter fell on this year.

The church could have picked a date certain, like they do for 
Christmas... but they NEED Easter Sunday and Good Friday to fall on a 
certain day of the week.

Biden celebrated the day on the day it's celebrated.  It's pretty basic.
