The account appeared recently in the paper, but it turns out the incident was months ago. The young guys in question told the story only recently. And the shooter is well connected indeed. It would take real nerve for local law enforcement to go after a state senator regarding a months-old incident, even if his own statements about it are damning. -- - Frank Krygowski
