Somebody is terrorizing a bachelorette party (in a remote summer
mansion) based on a past secret/crime involving the bride-to-be's dead
previous boyfriend(/fiance?).

There pretty much has to be an inside person on this - that really
leaves only two possibilities: the geographically-separated
maid-of-honor who is not part of the circle of other bachelorette
friends, or the bride herself.

It was pretty obvious to me which one was the "inside" person (even the
crediting order gives it away a little), though I was hoping through
most of this that I was wrong. And the film does put a lot of effort
into misdirection on this. But I still was pretty sure I was right about
the identity of the "inside person"...

OK, cool. I wasn't expecting an explicit direct "prequel" out of this.
Knowing that, I may rewatch the original, and then watch this, this
coming summer, if I am able...
