Does Detroit have television licenses on the Canadian side? You'd think
there's be additional stations.

I looked it up. None in Detroit, but three in Grand Rapids! The C-Wub is
on a secondary subchanel.

None in Miami, Corpus Christie, nor Santa Barbara. With 200 O&Os with
multiple licenses in many markets, you can't be in every market.
