I already posted where I got it from -- it was originally from
Linux Mint's lowlatency kernel, carried forward with "make oldconfig"
since then.

For a while I used "make localmodconfig", but then I ran into trouble when
I added libvirtd and friends. So I'm building a "kitchen sink" until I
get around to deciding what modules I want to have loaded in all cases.
