Well, I'm just not following. The contract and timely payments are
evidence of tenancy. These are the facts. The judge has to rule on them
(as there's no jury in housing court) and I don't see how a lawyer's
nebulous theory can trump facts submitted in evidence. Your son should
have won with a proper presentation with or without a lawyer.
