Doubtless a consequence of Iranian students recent surge in applying for admission from Russian universities. Iran has numerous universities, but still imposes a very hard exam on applicants to enter them. The demand is still above the supply level. So, many students who are every bit good and capable to gain university level knowledge and skills, are left out, each year. The ones among these students who could afford it, were traditionally applying for admissions from European and Canadian and Australian universities, and before that, from the American universities. But more and more of them now want to go to China, first, and Russia after that. The Russian options for them doesn't match what China provides, but Russia is right there north of Iran. China is kind of far. From Russia, they can visit their folks and families even on a weekly basis, without spending much for flights. From China it is not that cheap and fast. And from the USA? Hehe :) Forget THAT crap. The last 160 of them who tried that were shut down from the sky so you'd lose them. But it had two positive results for you. You learned your lesson after assassinating Soleymani, and second, you immigrated in 160 cannibals from central Africa instead of those 160 top engineers and scientists and managers. The cannibals are gainfully employed in Amazon, delivering boxes to your doors. So not that much of a loss, no? You're history as far as getting any brains from Iran is concerned. Put your eggs inside illegal aliens from south. Make them get there, so when they get there, the following pain you'll be going through wouldn't last too long. They'll get rid of you in humane ways, not like how Blacks and American Natives want you to see the end. I'm risking my Streamable account but I'll upload this: https://streamable.com/a5i5fw If you couldn't see it, this is a brief description of this clip. It is a short part of a speech delivered by an American student for the huge crowd forming in front of the Congress building. She's had her own ways to see the reality, and is describing them. The subject of her speech is, "Iran." The clip is one of the uploads that survived long enough for Iranians to download and provide it in their telegram news channel with Persian subscripts. I just copied it and uploaded it to Streamable.
