Humans altogether "created civilization", you're using an arbitrary
*definition* of civilization.

nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal
protection of the laws.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent.  States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
