Ah, I see. The 2nd edition has “4.3 Variations on a Scheme —
Nondeterministic Computing” in place of “Packages”.

That is so odd, because continuations are such a key feature of
Scheme. They’re essentially a generalized control construct: you can
use them to implement things like loops with multiple exits,
exceptions, and coroutines. The one thing that’s difficult to do with
them is arbitrary gotos (convenient, that).
