Exactly.  AIs have to be taught.  If HUMANS (the gen-0 teachers) can't
come up with a way to TEACH -- in AI terms -- compassion, morality, honesty,
love, creativity, respect, frustration, desire, etc. then how do you think
an AI is going to acquire those capabilities?

The "intelligence" part of AI is easy.  You are wanting to create
"artificial humans" -- an entirely different prospect.
