Another question: why is the state of New York using a Federal law to try to
convert a minor misdemeanor (where the statute of limitations had run out)
into a felony? Has anything like that ever been attempted before? Biden
better hope they cheat Trump out of the election because, if they don't,
Biden will probably be in court for several real crimes — and our country's
descent into third world status will be cemented. This whole "lawfare"
debacle reeks of desperation.
