What if it is not defined as ~True(L, p)
but we could prove that
A ⇒ (p ⇔ ~True(L, p))
then it would prove that A is false.

so ¬True(English, "this sentence is false") is a syntax error?
I thought you said ¬True(English, "this sentence is false") is false.
